🌱👩‍🍳 At this cooking workshop, we celebrate Stop Food Waste Day by learning about recipe-free cooking different plant-based dishes made with food scraps from Too Good To Go‘s Surprise Packs and enjoy eating together a plant-based meal with all the tasty preparations. By shining a light on this issue, and tackling it together, we can make a meaningful impact on our global food system. Food waste is a problem we can solve together! 

👵💚Grandma Sita’s tips:
*You can keep your food waste to a minimum with a few simple changes, from storing food correctly to using up your leftovers, using every edible part of fruits and veggies, and planning meals.
*Only buy the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables you need to use. Most of them can be frozen as single ingredients.
*Peelings from potatoes and citrus, fruit and vegetable cores, and stems can be used for compost.
