Culinary Action! On The Road Competition – Finalist for best Danish Food Startup of the year.

💚 Muchas tak to Danish Startup Group DSG and Basque Culinary Center for organising the finale of Culinary Action! On The Road competition – Danish Food Startup of the year in Børsen last week. Grandma Sita very much enjoyed being one of the finalist and meeting so many like-minded food lovers with a passion for sustainability.

And what is Culinary Action! On The Road ⬇️
It’s a roadshow format aimed at FoodTech and Gastronomy 360º startups, a competition powered by Basque Culinary Center. 

 👉The competition selected 5 finalist projects to compete in an event of each location, the Copenhagen edition in Denmark. The tour competition will end in San Sebastián, with a finale event in which the winning startups of all locations will compete. More about it at culinaryaction.com

📚🎓 The Basque Culinary Center, based in San Sebastián (Basque Country, Spain), is a pioneering academic institution worldwide created in 2009 by Mondragon University and a group of prominent Basque chefs as a training, research and innovation project, aimed at developing the culinary sector, with the idea of relating cooking with management, science and other disciplines.

At the Basque Culinary Center our main aim is higher education, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy and nutrition.
