Lasagne (or the singular lasagna) commonly refers to a culinary dish made with stacked layers of pasta alternated with sauces and ingredients such as meats, vegetables and cheese, and sometimes topped with melted grated cheese. Typically, the cooked pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions. / Wikipedia.

  • The almond /Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia/ is native to the Mediterranean climate region of the Middle East, eastward as far as the Yamuna River in India. In Iran, India, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and other Central Asian countries, it is known as bādām. It was spread by humans in ancient times along the shores of the Mediterranean into northern Africa and southern Europe, and more recently transported to other parts of the world, notably California, United States. In the United States, production is concentrated in California, with almonds being California’s third-leading agricultural product. Australia is the largest almond production region in the Southern Hemisphere, and second largest producing country. Spain has one of the most diverse commercial cultivars of almonds.
