π€ Did you know that a cashew nut grows from a fruit? These fruits would otherwise have been left on the fields to rot. Casju enables small-scale cashew farmers to upcycle cashew fruits and turn this into plant-based treats and into value-added products. Thereby, increasing the value of cashew farmers’ crops, creating local jobs and fighting food loss.
