No Waste Sensory Party

A Zero-Waste Culinary Experience That Awakens the Senses

At Grandma Sita, we promote and develop teaching activities centered on sensory education, following the Slow Food method. Although taste is often considered the most important sense, the reality is quite different. Our choices and perceptions are shaped by a rich interplay of all the senses—sight, smell, touch, and even sound—deepening how we experience and appreciate food and drink.
